THE BEGINNING
It started with a 21-year-old mechanic and his Mk2 Golf. Nothing fancy, nothing flashy—just pure passion for the machine and the culture. He was tired of the gatekeeping, tired of being judged by the price tag on his parts list instead of the love he poured into every bolt.
THE PROBLEM
Cape Town's car scene was fragmented. Groups formed around brands, budgets, and bragging rights. But cars were never meant to divide us—they were meant to bring us together. The road doesn't care if you're driving a project car or a pristine classic.
THE SOLUTION
So Eclipse Crew was born—not as another elitist club, but as a family. A place where the mechanic's Mk2 could park next to a collector's vintage BMW, and both owners would share stories, swap tips, and celebrate each other's builds.
